Please read before you order with Studio Misone.

​At this point in time Studio Misone posts only within Australia.

All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days once payment has been received and you can expect your order to arrive across Australia within 5-10 business days once shipped.

If you are in Australia and selected express post please note this only speeds up the actual shipping time frame, not the order processing time, which remains the same as stated above.

However if you request a custom order, or order a product that is sold out, your order will be shipped within an agreed upon time frame once payment has been received. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the shipping date (5-10 business days) within Australia

Postage is calculated on the weight of each order and is added during checkout based on current postage rates.

Returns and Exchange Policy

All of Studio Misone's products are custom/handcrafted and are not available for exchange or return. Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

As all these pieces are hand made they may have some slight imperfections, which adds to the authenticity and uniqueness of the product and does not impact on their functionality at all.

However please contact us at studiomisone@gmail.com personally if you have any issues with your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order and we will review this policy on a case by case basis and try to reach a satisfactory outcome for all.
